seconds.<\/p>\n\n<p>Many products have good quality and competitive pricing yet show low in-store rotation.<br\/>This is usually not a product problem but a shelf decision problem.<\/p>\n\n<p>As a POS manufacturer, we analyse such situations regularly and the reason is usually the way the product is presented in real store conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The product is invisible<\/h2>\n\n<p>Customers do not buy what they do not notice.<br\/>On a shelf with dozens of SKUs a product quickly becomes background.<br\/>Effective tools:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dedicated displays,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>height differentiation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product blocking,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shelf branding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>First stop the eye, store.<br\/>If the customer has to think, they choose another product.<\/p>\n\n<p>Only three messages work:<br\/>\u2022 for whom,<br\/>\u2022 for what,<br\/>\u2022 effect.<\/p>\n\n<p>Well designed POS can increase sales without changing price.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wrong placement<\/h2>\n\n<p>A product may be correct but placed outside the natural customer path.<\/p>\n\n<p>Common mistakes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>too low<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>too high<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>outside line of sight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>next to too many SKUs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In shopper marketing, location often sells more than discount.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No stopping moment<\/h2>\n\n<p>Customers make decisions automatically.<\/p>\n\n<p>Displays must create a value.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Too many alternatives nearby<\/h2>\n\n<p>The bigger the choice, the simpler the decision.<br\/>Customers choose the most understandable and visible option.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dedicated displays increase rotation because they simplify the choice.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience insight<\/h2>\n\n<p>In one rollout a global campaign was transferred into stores without adapting communication.<br\/>It worked on visuals but disappeared among competitors in real retail conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p>After simplifying the structure and messaging,
