Design, production and installation of the TREI GmbH exhibition stand at Expo Real Munich.

This project involved the design, production and repeated installation of an exhibition stand for TREI GmbH during Expo Real in Munich. The stand was developed as a reusable exhibition structure that could be used across multiple editions of the trade fair.

UC POS designed the space to combine product presentation areas with comfortable meeting zones for business discussions. The central part of the stand featured a spacious bar area and an open lounge with sofas and tables for visitors.

The stand also included two enclosed VIP meeting rooms designed for private client meetings. These rooms were equipped with glass doors and carefully arranged interiors with decorative greenery.

A key visual feature of the stand was the extensive plant installation including around 70 plants such as ferns and hanging greenery integrated into the stand architecture. This natural design element created a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere.

The stand also incorporated illuminated lightboxes and a large presentation screen used for brand communication and project showcases. The structure was built using exhibition construction systems, furniture panels and integrated LED lighting.

UC POS was responsible for the entire project implementation – from exhibition stand design and production to installation, dismantling and storage for future trade fair use.
